Is that right to compensate the whole week's lack of sleep in a day?

Trying to compensate for all hours will disrupt your body's clock. In fact, it makes you lazy and angry and creates more stress on your body. During the entire week because of overwork, you could not quite sleep well and have said to yourself that will compensate it in weekend. Unfortunately, researchers believe that your program without error for a comfortable sleep and set it, is not reasonable. To continue this process even will enter more damage to your body. Trying to compensate for all hours will disrupt your body's clock. Actually make you sluggish and angry and creates more stress on your body. The human body needs eight hours of sleep on a regular basis. The problem of sleep disorders is not only annoying problem, but it can also damage your brain. Sleeping less than eight hours may decrease the cognitive functioning and your ability to information process for the next day. One of the functions of sleep is erasing all data and waste cognitive from your brain at the end of the day, so the lack of sleep or not sleeping habits can cause serious problems for your memory. Instead of trying to sleep until the afternoon on a holiday, try make closer the sleep clock of your body to natural clock of sleep i.e. eight hours, this means try to wake up until 9 am on holidays. Having a good sleep pattern has the most advantages for your body; in fact it makes your body clock remain always in a balanced condition.
